ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout.

  • All orders with Ground Shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Over $200 is FREE SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification email with the tracking information when your order has shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from the standard order processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when selecting your desired shipping method.

Customs & Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MABLE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Any applicable taxes and duties are billed to the recipient of an international shipment. Once customs officials determine the taxes and duties due, the recipient will be contacted to pay any charges so that the shipment can continue to move toward its destination. Please note, there will be an additional charge as the recipient.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy for store credit (less the $10.00 return label cost), which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(Return labels WILL NOT BE PROVIDED in international and US non-contiguous states such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico)

 

Conditions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to make a return for any reason, the items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.

To be eligible for return, your items must meet the following conditions:

- Items must be postmarked within the 14 days of receiving date.
- Items must returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition.
- Items must be returned with original tags attached.
- Return label fee ($10.00) will be deducted from your store credit

MABLE reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

The return must arrive at our warehouse with the original packaging so you are not charged a 20% restocking fee.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at INFO@MABLECLOTHING.COM or HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

  

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?

Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE. Gift Cards, Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned.

Items purchased with a 20% or more coupon code and final sale cannot be returned.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Final Sale : Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
  • Damaged Items : If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 3days.
  • Gift Cards : Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
  • Shipping Charges : Shipping charges on orders are not refundable.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESSING TIME?

Once you receive an email indicating your return has reached our warehouse, please allow us up to 15 business days for us to process your return. We appreciate your patience while we work to increase staffing and processing time. We are always working to increase the customer experience and we hope to speed up this process shortly. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy for store credit as regular returns which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only. However, we don't provide a return labels. You must return the items with your own shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
